We stayed in the tents. Excellent lodging, very comfortable and far exceeded expectations. Food was also excellent. Be prepared for the fact that, due to the strong environmental policies of the lodge (which were a positive feature), access to electricity for charging your electronics is limited and wifi somewhat unpredictable. However, this in no way detracted from the experience. Book your chimp trek permits in advance. These are wild animals so, while the trackers and guides are professional and do their best, from time to time they are unable to find the chimps (chimps move fast and travel). We saw the chimp family on the day we were there and it was an extraordinary experience. We also did the not to be missed Bigodi Swamp Walk. Altogether a most amazing stay.
