Muriel and John will look after you exceptionally well, when you visit Haye Pastures Farm. We have stayed a few times whilst attending exhibitions at the Birmingham NEC. It is a short pleasant drive from the NEC that takes you out in to wide open spaces and beautiful countryside, far nicer than Birmingham centre or the NEC park!
Breakfast is very good with a wide selection for you to chose from. The grounds around the house are lovely and the new apartments look lovely.
Muriel returned to me a few items that I had left behind in the room. Excellent service.
Highly recommened.

My colleagues and I came to Haye Pastures Farm for the Baby Show in Birmingham, and I really did have such an enjoyable stay. Muriel and John made every wish come true, with a beautiful home cooked full English breakfast every morning with fresh coffee and tea, juices, fruit, cereals and conserves. Awaking each morning to a spectacular view of plush green grass and bleating sheep just a few metres away; it felt like we were on holiday rather on a working weekend.

After coming home from the Show on the first evening, John gave us a humble tour of the charming chapel he hand built for his wife, Muriel. I’m not religious, but it was an enchanting tale he told and they have services every Tuesday and Sunday, so you may be lucky enough to catch one. On the second evening, Muriel gave us a great tip about where to go for an evening meal. We thoroughly enjoyed our mystery tour along windy country roads, as well as the food, weather and scenery when we got there.

The room was spotless, and the apartment was quaint, spacious and had everything you need from a hairdryer to a TV, microwave and teas maid. This a lovely B&B with a personal touch, for a country get away, with the bustling hub of Birmingham not very far down the road. If you visit in the Summer months, you can bask in the sun on the patio, or head down to the local pub to sit in the beer garden to relax.

Thank you John and Muriel for such a pleasant stay. We will most certainly be back again for next year's Baby Show!

We had a great stay there and our company has used it before when attending shows at the NEC. although a half hour drive to the NEC, well worth staying out in the country as it is so picturesque and Muriel and John are so lovely and easy to get on with. Really relaxing stay and beautiful house / rooms / landscape. Ideal for a travellers overnight stop, with lovely pubs nearby too. Breakfast was great too and the chapel John built is amazing! Overall a brilliant B&B

Thank you Jon and Muriel for sharing your delightful house and making us so welcome. It was only one night but we had time to catch up with my Mum and Dad (halfway meeting spot), a good choice of eating-places all nearby and a brilliant nights sleep on very comfy beds. Breakfast was in a lovely sunshine filled dining room and the sheep grazed outside, what more could you ask for! Definitely a place to return to.

The border country between Warwickshire and Worcestershire is among the forgotten beauties of the English countryside. Yet it is a mine of lovely walks, terrific trips for adults and kids – we know this area, but now our parents have passed on, we sought and found a central B&B with charm. Boy, did we get lucky: Haye Pastures Farm is in the center of delights that you would not exhaust in a lifetime. And it is a wonderful place to stay. Muriel and Jon are simply neat people, with myriad interests and experiences that will delight you, togthe with advice on where to visit. The rooms are palatial by English standards, and in our large room, corner chairs looked out over the countryside rolling greenly to the west as only the midlands can, fields hopping with sheep and lambs. Afternoon tea and biscuits have never been so peaceful nor enjoyable. Haye Pastures is quiet – we don’t recall when we slept better. And a good nights rest was followed by a perfect breakfast. The Fram is not far to Warwick Castle, or the lovely Tardibigge Church and ramble along the canal loop. Stratford is within easy commute. This is a place for you to retreat to, or to take the kids on wide explorations. The soon to be finished self-catering flats will be unbeatable for a long holiday.

We would definitely recomend this B&B. My wife and I spent 2 nights there while attending the Cheltenham Festival. It is in a great location, we had 2 lovely meals at very nearby Pubs/Resteraunts and found both the hosts and the accomodation itself to be lovely.

We where fortunate enough to stay during Lambing season and even had 2 Lambs born our first morning there.

We would and probably will stay there again.

Stayed one night in a twin room as The singles had all gone but was still given the lower rate, says it all really. A lovely house in a beautiful setting with great views. The owners Muriel & John are lovely people and cannot do enough for you. The breakfast choice was plentiful and the English was great and made with quality ingredients used(great scrammbled eggs). Why people would pay more to stay in a poor quality chain hotel with brekky costing extra is beyond me.
It has great access to all major routes within minutes and should be no1 for Redditch not just Mappleborough Green. I wouldn't hesitate for a second if I was needing accommodation in this area again. Hats off to you both and thanks.
