My wife and I booked this at the hotel. We were told our driver would arrive at 4;00pm. Well, she showed up at 4:20 and a couple of us started razzing her about her timing. That's when we learned about the "ish" in Canada. She told it was about 4 ish. We had a blast with her, both going and returning to the hotel. We met Frank Turner, who has competed in most of the long distance mushing competitions in Alaska and Canada. He took us on a tour of his facility and told and showed us the humane treatment of his dogs. Afterwards, we were treated to a dinner of local meat and vegetables grown on site. The Bison and Elk were excellent. Well, everything was.
