“Impressed, best dinner of 3 in Whitehorse”

Description: Antoinette’s cuisine is a mix of international flavours with Caribbean infusion. We use traditional, authentic ingredients, enabling our kitchen to hold true to varied and interesting cultural recipes. In summer, enjoy our beautiful covered deck out back (even when it rains) - a little oasis in the heart of downtown. Let's LIME together through pure niceness and good food at lunch, dinner or at our bar.

This was the best meal we had in Whitehorse. We ate at the Wolf's Den and the newly opened Wheelhouse, but this was by far the best and didn't cost as much as the Wheelhouse. Well executed tasty food full of bright and savoury flavours. This would be a good restaurant even if it was in a larger city.

Once again we had an exceptional meal at Antoinette's.
Our group of four had four different entree's, and we all commented on how nicely presented each was. My mustard-crusted rack of lamb is one of the signature dishes, and arrived at the perfect done-ness. My wife enjoyed her Caribean Lemon Chicken, while our guests enjoyed a rib steak and Beef tenderloin Wellington.
Service was attentive without us feeling in any way hurried, as can happen at other restaurants.
Be sure to allow plenty of time to enjoy your visit, as it is clear that each item is made to order.

We went to Antoinette's one night. We had heard the rave reviews but we wondered if our meal would live up to the hype. It did and more. Antoinette has a way with food that should be experienced again and again. Her restaurant would have a strong following in an city. Bravo!. The halibut and lamb were perfection. One of the best meals ever.

As long as you don't expect an "express meal", this is a great restaurant to eat at. You get to enjoy very well-prepared food that most of us wouldn't make at home, and the menu changes often enough that you never get bored with the place. Even though we don't eat there really often, we are always remembered and greeted warmly.
