The only way you'd get more authentic Mexican food would be to go to Mexico, make a friend and get invited to her Grandmother's for Dinner. The menu is not very big but has something for most tastes including vegetarian. All the entrees are served with rice and beans. Tortillas chips with fresh made salsas are complimentary. The staff is friendly and efficient but the place is always busy make reservations or be prepared to wait. My only complaint is the location in a strip mall and the wait but if you want real Mexican home cooking it's worth 15 - 20 minutes. If you want Tex-Mex or "fancy" Mexican maybe not but absolutely worth a try.
