There is a reason that dim sum at the Mandarin is always so busy on the weekend and that is the quality of the food. The portions are large and the prices are very cheap. There is a large selection of dim sum items and I highly recommend the sticky rice - always have to have some when I visit...
Ordering off the menu is also very good. The ginger beef is quite good as is the cherry chicken. The lettuce wrap is definitely a great family favorite especially with plenty of hoisin sauce.
The restaurant is a bit run down on the outside but is clean if somewhat outdated on the inside.
