This is a great attraction for a family to visit. It's not extravagant but has many of the basic, local animals. It's nicely laid out and has a trolly to drive people around in. It is a zoo with many natural settings within. There is a concession also. The walk ways are all paved.
The park has a great picnic area with bar-b-Que pits and a trout pond. It also has a flower/meditation garden which is very nice when most of the flowers are in bloom. It's also a great place to visit with a bike.
