Chef Todd is proving to be an imaginative and superb chef. We had the tuna appetizer with the spicy mayo and the tuna was seared to perfection. I had the beet salad and a mouth watering gnocci with blue cheese that melted in an explosion of flavour. My husband had the chicken with a cassis & mushroom flavoured risotto. The chicken was moist and flavourful. The mushroom risotto combined with the cassis provided a nice blend of the salty/sweet combo.
