Description: The Willow on Wascana has been a part of Regina life since 2004. We pride ourselves on the amazing and quite surprising bounty this great province has to offer. From every grain under the sun to the most flavorful vegetables you have ever tasted. We even have fresh fruit growing in the valley. The willow has worked very hard with countless families and individuals skilled in the art form known as farming. From our major meat supplier, Pine View Farms in Osler supplying us with an array of all farm animals. Our wild boar family Schneider Farm just 15 minutes outside of Regina. Local eggs, local flour and now even a local cheese artist. Our amazing produce from Heliotrope Farm in Craven, you name it chances are they grow it. All these great things we enjoy so much and transform into our own culinary masterpieces, and just picked fresh right out of the backyard. From Farm to Table, let's face it, that's the way it should be. Cheers, Chef Tim Davies

Love the surroundings, summer and winter. Great for lunch with friends or for a romantic supper. Excellent wine list and the food is unique and scrumptious, yum.

We dined here last evening and found the food delicious. There was such great flavour to everything. The menu choices varied and interesting. From the soup, to the oh so flavourful wild rice and pork chops, ending with "the great pumpkin" a dessert of pumpkin purée, a pumpkin ice cream ball covered in a white chocolate shell the whole experience was awesome! The four of us all agree. The atmosphere was quaint and comfortable. The staff were attentive and friendly. As a small note of minor issue was the stream of cold air that filled the room when the door was opened. The view over the frozen lake with the Legislative building lit up in "rider green" for the Grey Cup was spectacular!

“Nice Meal”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed October 10, 2013

Had a lovely meal at The Willow. It is a nice little restaurant on a beautiful location on Regina's Wascana Lake. Great good and service. Just one irritation - the bottles of water kept coming but not requested - at $15 a bottle. Would be appreciated if they asked if you wanted more.

I was so stoked to go to the willow, so I took my bf there for his birthday. the atmosphere was great, the service was steller, however... My food on the other hand.. not so great. I expected so much more. first off they ran out of chicken that I ordered first. Food was very plain... presentation was alright. a little pricy, but meh it was a birthday dinner so it diden't matter that much, I was disappointed because he did not enjoy his entree.I think its got room for improvement, and I would highly recommend to go for a glass of wine appy and desert!
