The food was freshly prepared and tasty. The hot and sour soup had lots of good stuff in it from shrimp to mushrooms. The chicken with cashews had lots of good veggies cooked nice and crisp the way they should be. Some dishes were a bit salty for our taste though, so you might ask them to reduce the salt a little. And we asked for medium spicy, and mostly the food was very mild. We suspect this is a difference in cultures as we are from Seattle where medium spicy means "with some heat", so if you like your food spicy, order it with a higher amount of spice than you normally would.
