We booked a 12 person mobile home for our large 11 person family adventure, feeling a little apprehensive after reading many reviews. Upon arrival they said they had 2 units large enough to accommodate our group and we could take a look at both and pick the one we wanted, so I thought that was very nice. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Both mobile homes we looked at were clean, roomy, nicely decorated, not newly renovated but there's no need when everything is in great shape and cared for. Since there were 11 of us I thought we might be a little crowded in one unit, but not at all. The unit had a nice size kitchen, family room with tv, living room, 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The weather was 30 some degrees and the air conditioning worked great. It was definitely a comfortable and relaxing stay for all of us. The pool and water slide area were clean and lots of fun. The staff in the pool area were not overly friendly but they were young girls doing their jobs testing the water, life guarding, and making sure everyone followed the rules. The pool was quiet being mid- week. Overall we would all come and stay here again in a snap. Not sure how the restaurant was as we brought our own food. Mini golf did not open until noon so we did not get a chance to try that out. Location was also great being close to grocery stores, restaurants and easy access to downtown.

Overall it was ok. The water slides were filthy and smelled of urine. One of the two were out of order. The kids liked it, but I was grossed out. The laundry facility is shared with hotel house keeping, so a bit of an inconvenience to get a washer on time and completed before closing at 8pm. Playground was dated, not suitable for kids under 5.

It was my inlaws who decided to camp here. Pulled in and the site with rocks was dirty like scummy looking. However full service was great and price was alright. We took our kids swinming and the "lifeguard" sat on in his cell all night texting and the girl working the pool desk had 3 friends visit her the entire time we were there. It was ridiculous!!! Won recommend this place to anyone for safety reasons thats for sure!

We stayed here in the RV Park section coming home from our Family Reunion out east. It was just off the #1 highway but far enough that you did not get all the highway noise. They seem to fill up fast and we checked in without any problem however the person at the desk said to pick a spot and come back and let them know. Well we were doing this they had give the spot we wanted to someone else which caused a bit of a problem but it was okay with the other Camper. We stayed 2 nights and used the 20% off coupons to try the Pool and water slide. Which was in need of repair but was very nice to have a place to relax in a hot tub and not get bitten by all the bugs.Very easy park to get to but the site we had was uneven and could be paved. Close to all the Tourist places and the downtown casino.Loved they had a mini golf and snack stand. We would stay again if we go East in the future. Once the #1 Highway is repaved.

Room Tip: Camp sites near the Motel are good as you are away from the road noise. Upgrades to the power and wa...

Nice stay at the Oasis. Pool was nice for the kids to play in, and room was decent, with a large wall-mounted flatscreen and free wifi available. Beds were comfortable and clean, and kitchenette was a nice surprise, with a small fridge, hotplate and sink with dish rack, and some dishes to use!

We come here every year for my son's hockey tournament. We pick this hotel over the others in the city because the price is great, the rooms are comfortable and clean, we love the kitchenette in them and the needs are clean and super soft. The pool and water slides keep the kids happy so I have no complaints there either.

Yikes. A bit of a scary place to stay. This is what was in our "clean" unit when we arrived. They said the bugs are harmless. Our family stayed here for two nights in the unit despite the bugs... they went in and washed it up a bit more.

Room Tip: tell them they need to update their units and clean them.
