We stayed one night May 4 2013. Booking, check in check out all ran smoothly with friendly, efficient, helpful staff. We asked for quiet area and were given a room on third floor away from traffic. Room was quite excellent. Breakfast was good and staff helpful and friendly. We stay in a lot of places and this is as good as most and better than many.

Room Tip: ask for quiet and they certainly accommodated us

I was in Comfort Inn on April 2013 and this hotel was an poor to average. They were lacking to offer customer service. If you had any questions, they did not care really.

They offer breakfast in the morning and their breakfast is not the best according to their room price they charge per night. Their cereals were looking outdated/ nothing was looking really fresh except their fruits! They offered yogurt, pancakes, cereals, coffee, muffins, etc. Normal stuff.

Rooms: I was in room 136 and it was clean...they have renovated a part of the hotel so it is indeed looking better inside their rooms. My room was very big and I had two big beds, a small TV, micro-wave, small fridge. Overall, there furnitures are OK not new models or designs.
Almost everything in the hotel looked very old and not modern.Their bathroom was very big, I had a lot of space and it was clean.
Downside 1: There heater/cooler unit HORRIBLE...it is noisy and it does not work always as it should. You need to always set the temperatures to get the proper air (cold or warm) you want.
Downside 2: Their towels are cheap....when you dry your hair, there is some of the fabrics remaining in your hair. So if you plan to go in that hotel, bring your OWN towels.
Downside 3: The window in the room was VERY small, which means you don't have enough light that goes through your room. It can be disappointing for people who need this little light to get some energy to kick-off their day.
Downside 4: Every room has carpets and they look OLD, they smell and look dirty.

Location: The hotel is located near to some restaurant that you can go by walk such as: Boston Pizza, Quiznos and a Humpty's near by for people that won't take their breakfast at the hotel. However, if you have a car you can drive near by (Main street) where there are more restaurants. Near by, there are some grocery stores such as: Sobeys and Extra Foods. There is a Wal-Mart as well and lots of other stores.

Facilities: HORRIBLE! Their gym had ONE treadmill (very old style), one bicycle (old style, as well) and one sport appliance for the body muscles. Their gym is clean but not modern and it closes at 10 PM.

Overall, I do not recommend this hotel...for the price you are paying you can go somewhere else and get something better. Also, if you need to go to the city of Regina ....this hotel is not well located it is 45-60 min far from the city.

I stay a comfort inns all the time this inn was expensive at 130.00 for one night cigarette smoke came into our room all night. When i mentioned to the front desk there only answer was this is a non smoking hotel. Unless you want to put up with cigarette smoke don't stay here.

We thank you very much for your feedback. It is appreciated. We would also appreciate it if guests are honest. We know and you know the price you mention is not the price you paid for the room. We are very sorry that you smelled smoke. We did not find any evidence of smoking in any rooms in the hotel. We don't have any smoking rooms in the Hotel.

My sister and I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights, very reasonable priced with a better than average breakfast included. The only complaint we have is the very noisy heater, it sounded like a truck starting right in your room every 15 minutes or so.....we kept waking up from it. We were considering checking out the next morning, but after a close look we noticed an "off" button on the heater. Before we went to sleep the next night, we made sure we turned on the heater to high for awhile and then shut it right off. There was icy air coming off the bottom of the window (it was -20 outside), so we put some towels on it, to stop the draft. The room stayed at a comfortable temperature all night and we enjoyed a good sleep.

A very quiet hotel. The king room was large, and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. Staff was friendly. The hotel is close to several restaurants and the mall. We were there a week after the last huge storm, and the roads in Moose Jaw are terrible with ruts !!!

We rented 3 rooms for our large family for a long weekend. The rooms were newer and very clean. They didn't have a block on the X-Rated titles for the movie channels, which were rather appalling for us to see and know that our children were able to also see them. With a call down to the front desk, the manager responded within an hour to my room to resolve the issue. Kudos for concern regarding parental controls on tv's! We had a maintenance issue with one room, which they responded appropriately. The breakfast was satisfactory and plentiful. The downstairs breakfast room was also available for game playing for our family in the evening. The front desk staff was helpful and friendly with this use.

Room Tip: Ask for a room in the newer section!

We stayed in the "new" section of the hotel and the rooms are huge!!! We had a 2 queen room and with 2 adults and 2 kids (who are basically adults), did not feel cramped in anyway whatsoever. Breakfast was decent but seating capacity was somewhat limited). Rooms are clean and service was good. Would have no problem or hesitation staying at this hotel again.
