I can't say enough about the cleanliness of this establishment. However, a few things did happen during my stay that were unfortunate and probably not the norm. I booked a room with a whirlpool tub, only to find out the plug would not hold the water in the tub. Disappointing to say the least. I did leave a message with the front desk, but did not receive a call back that night. I also requested a 5:30 am wake up call and it came at 3:30 am. They did give me a $20 credit on my room charge, in an effort to rectify the situation. Needless to say, I was starting a business trip very tired. The hotel was fully booked, so I would say - give them the benefit of the doubt. And maybe next time, set the radio or your cell phone instead of requesting a wake up call.

This hotel was excellent, for a very reasonable price we stayed in a King bed suite, the room itself was very spacious, our king bed was awesome, great selections on the TV, room was so clean it was immaculate ( I have worked as a housekeeper in a hotel before so I know what to look for and am very picky, this room was flawless). The hotel is a short drive to downtown Moose Jaw. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Free breakfast was nice to offer but wasn't that great, the egg 'patty' tasted and smelt funny and because there were so many people by the time you grabbed the warm breakfast items and got back to your seat everything was cold. Hotel is in a good location because there are a number of restaurants close by and right behind it is a golf course with good walking paths. Will absolutely stay here again!

Room Tip: We stayed in a King suite on the main floor, it was excellent although on the second night we could...

Stopped here on a road trip out to Calgary, and since we liked it, stopped at it again on the way back! Stayed in the new addition in a double queen. Size of room impressive (can't see why you can't fit a cot in it though, given the size), including a very large bathroom. Staff very nice and accommodating, the included breakfast very good. Gave you what you needed. Was also well within walking distance of other eating establishments: Boston Pizza, Quiznos, Humpty's, Joey's Fish/chips, etc.
I think staying at a nice motel in a smaller city is a welcome break from the larger centres.

Room Tip: Rooms on the south side overlooking the golf course probably better, and recommend staying on the to...

In my travels, I have usually found the Comfort Inn chain is a reliable choice for a reasonably priced place to stay just off the highway. This one was a step above any other that I've stayed at. Our room was in a part of the inn that has been recently renovated. The room was spacious, tastefully decorated with all new furnishings, and it had a nice sized modern bathroom. Very quiet too as I know the inn was full. No complaints! The waffles at breakfast were such a hit - there was a buffet of fresh coffee, hot water & tea, yogurt, apples & oranges, a selection of cereal and breads for toast and juice but the -make-your-own-waffles really made my breakfast. What a great idea!

The room was clean and standard for Comfort Inns. The air conditioner was a little loud and came on and off continually all night long. I brought a fan in to the room to muffle the sound of the air conditioner. The breakfast was standard and the staff was friendly. The location is easy to find and convenient.

We hesitate to stay at some of the Choice properties due to the many limitations. A stay during this trip at an Econolodge that reaked of smoke and rackety air conditioners reminded us of this fact. However, the Moose Jaw Comfort Inn is near flagship status, at least from what we saw! Our third floor room was clean, large, and well equipped with a fridge, flat screen, and quiet air conditioner. The coffee make was well maintained and even had a clean up towel for spills.
One senses someone is now very attentive to the details, as candies were on the bedside table, ample towels and pillows, and three (!) staff to help with the complimentary breakfast. Desk staff were very friendly and helpful to provide information and directions.
The only down side, and not really the hotels fault is the local law ordnance still allowing smoking in public buildings. Sadly, even though it might be restricted to some rooms, it permeates the halls. If smoke is a health issue for you, then ask for a non smoking floor, if available.

Room Tip: Ask for non-smoking floor. The back of building overlooks the quiet golf course.

Was very happy with my stay at this hotel. Very clean and well kept. Great breakfast. Staff very accommodating. Good location. Comfortable beds. Fridge and coffee in room.

We were there for a family occasion so didn't spend a lot of time at the hotel but everything we needed was within walking distance.
