This place made for a good night out. Love the way they have renovated the building - check out the size of the ceiling fan!! Food was simple and good. I had a couple of their different brews - both good. Our waitresses english was great - Thanks

Actually had some of the best beer I've tasted at a microbrewery! Amazing food! Order anything, you will be amazed! The sausage pizza with two cheese and roasted apple...Perfect! Great atmosphere, large place, good music just the right volume. You can move to any spot in the whole place to fit what kind of setting your looking for when dining or just going there for a beer with friends. Loud or in a quiet spot, its all good! (try the fish and chips) 3 kinds, each amazing~!

A bunch of freinds looking for a place to take a well deserved beer ended up in the beautiful building that use to be a railway station, revamped to serve the Sherbrook University students and tourists. The servers are very well versed in the subject of beer, the history of the building and the owners background. We loved it and want to go back.

Siboire means litterally in french "Si Boire" signifying "If drink". That is if drinking, before your departure from or after your arrival in Sherbrooke, is your goal then you get it right at this bus terminal. Moreover, they serve meals, draft beer delicatessen, pastries, and sandwiches as well.

This restaurant also caters for the locals with good meals and excellent draft beer since there is the SIboire micro brewery onsite. It is a very busy venue on weekends, from Fridays to Sundays though.

Eventually, the Siboire restaurant-Brewery offers the free Sherbrooke city Wifi system called ZAP.
