We recently visited Quebec City and Le Continental was recommended to us as one of the top restaurants in Quebec City. We would agree. The specialty is French cuisine and cooked at tableside with a lot of flambe! My husband had the duck l'orange and I had snow crab. Our waiter was very attentive and the food was cooked to perfection. The duck was on a fixed price menu and was excellent. The specialty is the duck and filet mignon - whatever you order, make sure it is cooked tableside. Not that the snow crab wasn't delicious, but the flambe certainly adds that special touch. This would definitely be a place for a romantic evening or for a special event!
