I was at a conference in Quebec City last week and a colleague recommended this restaurant. The food was delicious, the wine was reasonably price and the service was great. There's a nice ambience.

“Very nice experience”
Reviewed September 14, 2013

We saw this place on line and gave it a try. Well worth it. i had scallops and shrimp while my wife had the pesto pasta. We started with the calamari which was very good. The wine selection was good and the ambience of the restaurant made for an enjoyable dinner. I would recommend it to get away from most of the Old Quebec tourist crowd.

“Charming restaurant with excellent service”
Reviewed September 10, 2013

This is a charming Italian restaurant on a quiet street in Quebec City. The wait staff is the very best anywhere with attention to every detail. We were looking for a small intimate restaurant with wonderful food and we found it. We can't wait to return. We also found this a good value.

“It doesn't get much better than this”
Reviewed September 1, 2013

Calamari appetizer with aioli sauce was dead on. Pappadelle with meat sauce and the pasta Alfredo well what can I say simply sublime. The pasta was cooked perfectly. The service was impeccible. The ambiance in this resto is relaxing and just plain awesone. Me thinks the back ground music couldn't be more conducive to enjoying an evening out in a wonderful city in a great restaurant. Btw Virgil and Max are wonderful waiters and extremely accomodating and extremely helpful.

“Excellent restaurant with wonderful service”
Reviewed August 25, 2013

The food was just what we wanted at the end of our trip to Quebec City. It was around the corner from our B&B. My spouse and I started out with Trout Tartar e, a specialty of the house. It was enough to share and a great starter. We also had the steak with sauce which was prepared like we prefer - medium rare. The vegetables were nice and crisp. Wine was a relatively good value (It is Quebec city after all). We would return the next time that we are in the area. Waitstaff were wonderful. My spouse loves to draw cartoons and takes advantage of paper on the table. Waitstaff had captions for many of the cartoons. Staff is bilingual and the restaurant had a majority of french speaking customers.
