The B&B is in an excellent location for exploring the old center. Our room which came with a private bathroom was large and decently maintained, but offered amenities and comfort on par with what you should expect from a B&B in an older building, and felt 'cold' in a vaguely institutional way.
Parking at the back was indeed a bonus but given the size and situation of the garage, getting in and out could be a hassle at times. Our reception was not as warm than it might have been as the owners were apparently on holiday during our stay (a Victoria Day long weekend, not this year) and had left the place to a caretaker who was usually absent (checking in took some time because of this). We also had rather loud neighbours banging their way up and down the stairs at random hours which was a tad annoying. You will be warned about the owners' cats who roam around freely in the building, something we do not usually mind except when one would enter our room and refuse to leave despite being asked very politely....
overall, you would not be disappointed if you set your expectations at the right level for a city B&B, but the glowing charm that we had come to expect from the reviews here was just not there. I could chalk this up to the owners not being there during our stay but then the whole place, in my experience, did not feel 'warm and cozy' as many great B&Bs do.
