“Like Paris, but perhaps more friendly!”

Very tourist friendly and easy to get around. Came across a few hills though. The shop keepers were all very nice to deal with and the food was wonderful.

“Great 2 day stop over”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed October 27, 2013

The 2 days spent in Quebec City were well worth the stop. It really surprised us. The old city is full of history with restaurants, little shops, churches and cobble stone streets. The funicular railway runs up to the highest point where one can get a great view of the old city and down to the dock and across the bay.
There are walking tours, gallery tours, or just do your own thing. There is lots to see and do. The locals are very friendly and most of them speak English as this is a "tourist" destination.
If you have the time you are go further afield into the countryside on the scenic rail also and being there in fall (Autumn), it offers all the colours - a photographer's delight.

“Worth the Trip”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed October 26, 2013

It really is a great spot to roam the streets and feel like your in a whole new country. Myself being a photographer i really found all the streets interesting and full of photo opportunity's. Id say if your looking for a place to visit its a great place, just make sure you have a little extra cash as its not cheap

“Old Quebec City is the best!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed October 26, 2013

Many restaurants and shops in this area along with museums and churches. While walking the streets it feels like you are in an old European city and well worth the visit.
