This is a small b&b in the heart of the city. It is a 5-10 min walk from the convention center. Patrick is a great host, courteous, resourceful, adjusting and extremely helpful. The breakfast is quite a spread with a variety of eggs, croissants, crepes and bread. The room is clean and spacious. It happened to rain unexpectedly on one of the days during my stay and Patrick was kind enough to lend me an umbrella. If you don't mind sharing a bathroom, this place is a steal. I would definitely recommend this.

My friends and I stayed here for a few days and we had a great time. The host is amazing, professional, friendly and extremely helpful. The location is great as well, not far from Vieux Quebec at all.

I would go back in a heartbeat.

Well what can I say?? L'heure Douce is such a gorgeous little B&B in a very peaceful area of the city, located just outside the city wall. But even being outside the wall is not a hinderance. It would take us roughly 10-15mins in the morning to walk to the foot of the Frontenac at Place Des Armes.

Not only did we fall in love with beautiful Quebec, we also fell in love with the B&B. But it would all be nothing without Patrick's hosting abilities. Breakfast is a colourful sea of various types of melon, orange slices, egg or pancakes, fresh bread and croissants, a gorgeous yoghurt with granola and all washed down with your choice of tea, coffee and juice! Patrick is always on hand to answer any questions you might have and begins your stay by providing you with a map and circling all the best places to visit and to eat. You want for nothing!!

The bathroom is big and accommodating, shared between only 3 rooms. I only ever waited for the shower once in our 3 night stay, and that was for less than 5mins.

We loved this place and will definitely be back!!

Great atmosphere, great host, great breakfast, great location, great room, great balcony, great location, great city. Definetly recommendable. We had an amazing time. It always felt like coming home when we returned to the b&b. Perfect place to experience the city. Just a nice little 5min-walk away from Vieux-Quebec. More layed back and way less touristy than staying inside the walls.

This B&B is very well located just around the corner of many nice restaurants and shops. Patrick was a perfect host and provided us with tons of tipps what to do and where to go. You just have to be a person that don't mind sharing a bathroom. The room where we had breakfast and where you can heat up your own things in the evening is very nice with a wonderful view. We are more than happy that we had such a good Quebec City experience. Thanks to Patrick!

This charming little bed and breakfast is a very short walk from the walled city. You feel you are in the heart of Quebec City. L'Heure Douce is very clean. You'll get a great breakfast, your host is very helpful, and it's a great price considering its location. There is a kitchen area if you want to save money on meals. My mom and I were so glad we chose L'Heure Douce. It met our criteria and exceeded our expectations.
