Urban Spoon reviewed it as one of Quebec City's "hottest restaurants." So, we went to the "talk of the town.
It may be, but nonetheless we had a great dinner. It is a small -- 12 tables -- affair, whose owners claim a Brittany (not French) heritage. The atmosphere was warm and delightful. Melissa greater us with a lily "Bon Jour" as we arrived from out of the snow, a few minutes early for our reservation (you should have one) and promptly showed us to our table.
We learned "le billig" is the name of the crepe cooking pans. My partner had the eggs Benedict, with ham and asparagus crepe; "it was yummy." I had the scallops with leeks -- oh, my they were good, properly prepared and the leeks adding a silky sweet taste.
One word of advice: Go! Enjoy! Bon Appetit!

Enchanting, small, cozy crepe restaurant with fantastic crepes and other dishes. Make a reservation - sit at the counter and watch the chef. This is just a few short blocks out of upper town, but well worth the trip.

So happy we found this on Tripadvisor! Just outside the walls of old town, the few block walk was worth it! We were lucky to get there before lunch hour got too busy--- and had crepes that were as good as I have had in France! Fresh asparagus and apples with ham and my husband had a potato, tomato and cheese. Terrific service and small quaint environment. Perfect cup of hot coffee and all reasonably priced. Hope to go back before we leave!

I always considered crepes as breakfast or brunch items (okay, so not much of a foodie). Decided to try a crepe for dinner, and chose Le Billig Creperie-Bistro based on other TripAdvisor reviews. I'm sold! We had two dinner crepes and shared a decadent desert crepe. Good thing we walked from the old city to burn off a few of the extra calories.

We had a very delicious crepe here at this small Quebec city restaurant. Although it's not very big, the atmosphere is very pleasant, the service was very good and the crepes just amazing!
