Urban Spoon reviewed it as one of Quebec City's "hottest restaurants." So, we went to the "talk of the town.
It may be, but nonetheless we had a great dinner. It is a small -- 12 tables -- affair, whose owners claim a Brittany (not French) heritage. The atmosphere was warm and delightful. Melissa greater us with a lily "Bon Jour" as we arrived from out of the snow, a few minutes early for our reservation (you should have one) and promptly showed us to our table.
We learned "le billig" is the name of the crepe cooking pans. My partner had the eggs Benedict, with ham and asparagus crepe; "it was yummy." I had the scallops with leeks -- oh, my they were good, properly prepared and the leeks adding a silky sweet taste.
One word of advice: Go! Enjoy! Bon Appetit!
