The staff at Cyclo Services were very helpful especially with seat and helmet adjustments. We were provided a city map and places to see on our 2 hr ride. We were given a rebate off the full day fee for returning within 4 hrs.

My husband and I spent much of our childhoods on bicycles but not much of our adulthood. We challenged ourselves to a tour in New Orleans a couple of years ago and were happy to discover that although we were shaky at first, it came right back to us. We spent ten days in Quebec City and were looking for interesting places to see. We noted that Cyclo Services had a tour outside the city to Wendake, a Huron Indian community. We arranged a private tour and Guy was our guide. He was very patient with us on the 12 mile journey. It was interesting to see a smaller community of local villagers. Guy wanted us to try a local stew but we were too early at one restaurant and the Huron hotel and restaurant were fully booked. That was our loss. The journey was well worthwhile.

I rented a bike to go geocaching and ran into troubles but cyclo was great in helping me and taking care. I would go back. They stand behind their bikes.

Our family of four rented bikes and went on our own. We rode the paths along the river and took the ferry over to Levis and cruised around there too. Lots of fun, got to see more of the area and some exercise too. Bikes were in very good condition and they did a good job adjusting them to fit each of us. Staff were very friendly and informative. Price for all the rentals was $75 for four hours. Would definitely do it again.

Our family rented bicycles to ride on the trail along the St. Lawrence River. We were outfitted an on the road in a matter of 4 or 5 minutes. The equipment was in great shape and they gave us a couple of locks in case we wanted to stop for a while.
The only drawback was that it was a nice day and the bike path was somewhat crowded. The path is nice for the first mile or so but after that it goes through what I would call an industrial shipping area. If I had it to do over, we would have rented early in the day when the trail was not as crowded and/or would have made the effort to get to Battlesfield Park and ride there.
