On our last visit in Quebec we went for dinner at the Talea Bistro on Grande-Allée and we had the chance to met with the owner, such a friendly person! He's actually not from Quebec but from France. He praises on bringing the "terroir" to his tables and encourage local producers so if you want to really experience local cuisine with a taste of France I would definitely recommend this restaurant! Me and my boyfriend had a "planche"/plank with smoked salmon, tartare, finger food, ect. Dont miss out on their speciality drinks, a must! The food is delicious, the staff is warm and the deco is authentic but modern. Sarah & Ferenc
