Very nice service! Much better place than what you'd expect from the price! Location is good- easy to walk or take bus into the city. Friendly service- more than willing to help with everything.
I would definitly recomend staying here!

We are a family of 3 adults, and travelled to Quebec, in August 2012. We booked this so called hotel by phone from Toronto. Our flight from Toronto to Quebce was delayed by about an hour, so landed up there at about 11 pm.
The fun started then. It was drizzling. We had to carry our bags up the stairs leading to the foyer: this actually seems to be a house converted into an inn, if you that is the best that you can call it!
Inside there was not a soul. We found our name and room number written on an envelope, kept on a dresser/ hat stand, at the entrance foyer; the room key was inside. Not knowing what to do, we rang the bell. A door at the end of the small corridor opened and a half naked man, with a visibly irritated scowl peeped out and gestured us to go upstairs and banged the door on our face. So much for the “welcome”!
We trudged upstairs, carrying our bags, into a tiny room. We had asked for a double and a single bed. It was there. The sheets were clean, so were the towels and the bathroom. There was a microwave, in an alcove, no drinking water, a prehistoric TV set and a computer, which obviously required a password. There hardly was any walking space, in the room. A small window overlooked the backyard and part of the terrace.
The breakfast was included and the way to the dining hall was, well, from outside. So, in drizzling rain, we entered the place (no umbrellas provided or even anyone to guide where the dungeon was! ), by a flight of stairs going down.
The place was neat, but the spread was very very basic: to the extent that even the eggs were missing. The same Mr. Irritated-scowl, was there. No greetings. Just fill in your plate; and the guests are expected to pick up and leave the plates in the sink.
We checked out after that however, we had to wait for someone to come to the reception area, which “opens”, like an office 9-6. So after 9 am, Mr. Scowl, came in, unlocked the reception room, and checked us out. Again, we carried all our bags, from our room to the reception.
One good deed which he did, on our request was, to speak in French, and booked for us a half day city tour, without charging us, for the phone call- Thank you, Sir!.
However, until the end the smile was missing.
This is just a small B/B place; NOT a hotel. Do not expect any frills, not even the basic. The above is a true account, without any exaggeration.
It was strictly okay for a night to stretch. The only saving grace was – clean sheets, towels and bathroom.
And this place is far away- about 10-15 mins drive from the main city area, so unless you want to commute and be ‘greeted’ by logs and frowns, well, go ahead. For the price, it is not worth it.

Room Tip: Nothing to add on... avoid! any and all rooms, in fact the hotel itself!

Ended up paying too much for a tiny room where the bed took up the majority of space, and it had no personal bathroom. There was a tv, but it was about 8'' and had a built in VCR. The ac was so loud I had to turn it off to sleep. I woke up rather late and went to the bathroom to find no toilet paper left, and water on the floor from the previous user. For the money I payed I expected a personal bathroom, definately a big dissapointment.

Room Tip: Dont go here

We enjoyed our stay at this nice hotel with its friendly manager. The rooms are quite small but very clean and the hotel service was great.

While this hotel lacks some of the amenities of hotel chains, we found its price, the helpfulness of the staff, and access to the excellent public transportation of Quebec City far outweighed any superficial creature comforts. The residential neighborhood where the hotel is located was charming and peaceful. We would never have considered using public transportation until we tried it. Our car didn't leave the parking lot during our 3-night stay. We didn't spend much time in our room because the summer festival was on and there was too much to do. We didn't have to ask staff any questions, because, when we were around, they were always checking to see if they could help.

Goog location, pleasant personel, good cleaning overall, but the parking is too small comparing to the number of all guest cars. It was surprising to discover that I payed the local calls when I never used their phone. There was no ceiling lightning in our room and the TV was a little and old one, luckilly there where child channels.
