After golfing at Club de Golf Royal Charbourg, the three of us stumbled across this restaurant for dinner. It wasn't much to look at from the outside or inside, but the meal was a huge surprise! The menu was table d'hôte, so we ordered filet de dore, filet saumon fume, and medaillon de cerf. After an excellent soup and salad, the entrees proved to be excellent. The chef and owner Robert was proud of his works of art so he served us and everyone personally. Tim and Glen ordered house wines to go with the meal and as expected, perfect pairings. Then came desserts, again works of art, and again served by the Robert. The cost $125 for three plus taxes and tip, well worth it and highly recommended.
