This hotel is situated on one of the busiest roads in Old Quebec, which makes it very handy for going out, however it also means that there is potential for street noise at night. We were lucky in having rooms to the rear of the property which were quiet. The rooms were tiny, with a double bed and chest of drawers but no room for anything else. They were air conditioned and this worked well, as did the T.V. The en suite was basic but clean with plenty of towels and soap. There was no way of obtaining hot water for drinks, but each room had a coffee machine in it. As someone else stated, there was free wifi but there was no connection on the third floor.
The hotel doesn't have facilities for breakfast, but gives a discount on breakfast at a couple of places in the old town. This is definitely a hotel to use as a base for exploring the city, not a place to sit and relax in.More
