Construction was a bit of a hassle but not too bad. Room was clean and spacious and lighting was pretty good. Shower was superb. Wireless internet was well above average. Staff was very good. Fitness was room was quite small. Eliptical programs and heart rate monitor not working properly. One treadmill also a little goofy. Breakfast buffet was adequate. Went to the bar Monday evening for a glass of wine and the female bard tender was a jerk. Brought change and she saw us counting it and then suddenly showed up with the missing $2. No thank you or any interaction at all...real jerk.

Bonjour John H,
Thank you for your feedback, it is important to know what goes well and not so well.
Truly sorry about the lack of empathy of the bar staff. Your review has been forwarded to our restaurant and bar operator. And to our technical service engineering for the fitness room. Please visit us again. Jcaron

The Room Service was Amazing and the Food was still hot when it got to my room, There was a Heated Pool and a Game room with a Wii, ping-pong table and Candy machines. The restaurants were delicious and the Breakfast selection was huge

The rooms are super small . You open the door and the bed is in front of you . The hallways are very tiny . The parking is expensive and the spots are super small for SUV’s. We did not use pool or restaurant .
But location is fantastic and you have walk distance from lots of restaurants, parlement, old Quebec .

The hotel is undergoing a big renovation, but is it for better ?
The new hallways and rooms are cold and modern, clean but simple.
The hotel is loosing the refinement it had.
Expensive for what we are getting.
Too bad.
