Good for a picnic and a lie in the sun. Not a lot to do, but very beautiful. Excellent views out over the st lawrence river.

“A beautiful park bounded by a bloody past”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed October 27, 2012

Turn left outside the walls of the old town as you leave rue St Louis and you step out of the city (old or new) into a lovely rolling park with views across the river and back to the warlike warren of the citadel. We were enchanted by squirrels casually going about the serious business of finding buried acorns (one has a stash in a gun carriage) with almost complete disregard for the passing human traffic.

“Great view”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed October 25, 2012

History with a great view. Walking through the place is great. And it's not too far from Old Quebec. Definetly part of the French Canadian culture

“Nice Place”

This was part of our bus tour. It was very informative from our tour guide. Unfortunately, it was pouring rain so we couldn't get out of the bus for a closer look.

“brilliant fall colours”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed October 19, 2012

we walked around for a day with the sunshine and the different fall colours on the maples were breathtaking. Brilliant reds, oranges, and yellows. So much history from Joan of Arc to the towers.
