We have never been to Quebec City before so we planned tours before we left home.
We took a Two hour City Tour in the morning which was excellent and a 90 minute boat tour in the afternoon which I would rate average.
The tour company picked us up and the hotel AND brought us back which I see as a super benefit. They ran on schedule with no waiting.
The City Tour took us all around and had one restroom stop. The tour guide, Francois, was very helpful. He gave the tour in a French and in English. I understood it all and appreciated his effort to be clear. Loved it all.
The boat tour was hectic. Very slow boarding. Difficult gangplank to go up. No pre boarding for impaired people. The tour guide, dressed up as someone from the 17th century, was close to impossible to understand. His words ran together and I understood only 25% of what he said. The trip was enjoyable. Sunny 75 degree day. Nice to see the city and surrounding areas from the water. We just don't know what he said. And best if all, our shuttle was waiting for us when we disembarked.
I would take it again. A wheelchair would be difficult as they would have to carry it on. They did that for two young people on our cruise.
