The room was very clean, nicely decorated and quite comfortable for the two of us. It is situated in lower Old Quebec and is very close lots of shops, restaurants, and tourist attractions. We didn't need our car once. I found the bath products to be of high quality and the staff to be very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel to others.
My only complaint would be that the wooden bed frame squeaked very loudly when you moved which woke us up a few times.

Dear Elizabeth R,

Thank you for taking the time to review our property, your comments are greatly appreciated.

It was a pleasure to know that the room’s comfort level as well as our central Old-Port location, bath amenities and helpful staff made an enjoyable difference during your stay at Le Saint-Pierre.
As far as the “squeaky” bed frame, we shall definitely inquire and correct this situation for an even more pleasant stay next time you will visit us.

À bientôt,

Sébastien

Stayed here cause TA folks said it was pretty good and basically that's true. It just seemed the B team was in charge, there was a tissue on the stairway for 3 days, they couldn't seem to make up the room in a timely way, not enough towels, the breakfast was okay but not great, the fire alarm went off in the night, the desk clerk lost the valet parking tag. Seemed like with a little extra effort it could have been quite nice. Room 109 was pretty but noisy at night from the street. Great location in the old town, which is the place to be these days. Rent a bike nearby and ride up the river, great outing; don't miss the harbor market.

You will find L' Auberge Saint Pierre conveniently located near restaurants and local sites.
The professional staff is bilingual and very helpful. A full breakfast is served as well. The rooms although clean are not consistent as to amenities (size) and it was difficult to entertain.
Prices were compettive with other hotels. Overall the stay was enjoyable.

We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights. It is close to all the main attractions. Some of the decor is a little bit tired but the hotel is quiet and comfortable. Hotel 71 next door is a sister hotel and much more up to date. When we arrived the room we were given had a window blind but no curtains so the room was too light. We called the desk and Max quickly upgraded us to a suite with a view of the Chateau Frontenac (and curtains). Staff were very helpful giving good advice on our travel plans to the the fireworks display at Montgomery Falls. You can get complimentary coffee, tea and water at Hotel 71 and you can move between the hotels through a curtain in the breakfast room. Our room rate included a good breakfast and I opted for valet parking at $21 per day or you can pay $17 per day for self parking nearby, WiFi is free. There are some good restaurants on the street behind the hotel in the opposite direction to the old town restraunts which are a bit of a tourist trap.

Room Tip: Stay here if you can't get into Hotel 71

Dear Moikenuk,

We, at Auberge Saint-Pierre, would like to thank you for taking the time to share your review and are happy that you enjoyed our property and all of its amenities.

Should you be thinking about coming to Québec City and looking at connecting property Hotel 71 for a more contemporary stay, don’t hesitate to inquire about our numerous packages; some offering great meal options in some of the best non-touristy restaurants of the area.
To the pleasure of being your host soon again,

Sébastien Cornellier
