The Loews Quebec is a fine hotel but doesn't present value for your money. My room rate was upper-mid range for the area and had add-on charges for parking and Internet. The check-in agent gave me Internet access for free which was good because the connection was terribly slow. Even basic tasks took forever.
The spinning hotel on the top floor presents a nice view but is pricey for dinner. Much better food choices just outside the hotel on Grande-Allee. The buffet breakfast has a good selection.
The Loews is located in a great spot but next visit for me will certainly be a boutique hotel in the heart of the old city.

The hotel was great and in a great location. We loved our view of Le Frontenac and the lively restaurants on Grand Allee. The fact that Wifi was an additional charge and required extra work to get a passcode was a hassle and a disappointment at such a nice hotel, however. I think they should consider including free wifi for guests. On the plus side, we thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor heated pool and free slushies!

We stayed in two rooms having brought my mother for a few days in Quebec. The hotel and staff were lovely. The view from the higher floors was fantastic. I must admit it was fun to take the elevator with the glass windows up to the top! Silly. The only thing worth noting, and it is minor as there are many restaurants close by, is the lack of any place to get coffee, etc. with out leaving the hotel. The coffee pots for in room coffee weren't great. It was a very minor inconvenience and if it wasn't raining, with my mom in tow, I likely wouldn't have noticed. The hotel was also in easy walking distance to Old Quebec and because it was not in the walled city, it was easy to get in/out to visit other parts of the city. Highly recommend!

This was a great hotel with great location and amenities. The revolving restaurant on the 27th floor was pricey but the view made it worth while. The double beds are small would be better
if they had queens. It was great to be so close to parks and old Quebec. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Close to the Paul McCartney concert. We had coffee late one night. The only complaint with the restaurant was they did not offer refills on coffee. We had a great view of the old city. The exercise facility was good. The pool was outside on the 4th floor as was the hot tub and exercise room. Our room was clean and large. I felt very safe walking around.

Le Concorde is very centrally located on the Plains of Abraham. Just outside there are many restaurants with outdoor seating. You can walk into old Quebec in 5 minutes.
The hotel is a bit dated but it is clean and nicely decorated. The double beds are too small and soft but that would be our only complaint.
The kids loved the outdoor pool which is very warm with an excellent view.

The Concierge that I spoke to knew nothing about restaurants nearby and where I could get Italian food. The bellboys were extremely rude and even used profanity towards me when I tried to grab a cart for my luggage upon check out.

The accommodations were fine, but the employees were terrible.

This hotel was great. We upgraded for $20.00 to have a king suite with a view overlooking Old Quebec City. The view was fabulous as the bellhop stayed with us to point out several sights below. The entire hotel staff were very accommodating. We loved staying here. Breakfast in the revolving restaurant atop the hotel was a great buffet but too expensive. The only problem was - we should have stayed two nights!!
