We were three and all took the 5-dish gastronomic menu (50$ per person). Overall, it was a nice meal, and we loved the duck which was very well prepared (with cranberries). The bison was transmogrified into a deer....not the best venison we ever got.
The raw oisters were delicious, but I was surprised by their temperature (room temperature) and not fresh. However, they were careful to preserve the sea water, which is in my opinion an excellent idea (we do not like oisters that have been extensively washed). The salad and shrimps were good.
The wine list is extensive, and the prices of the wine are very acceptable.
