My wife and I had an amazing meal here - every plate we ordered was delicious and would rival any restaurant we've been to in NYC. We stopped by the day before we planned to eat there and were told the earliest reservation was at 10pm, so we left our name & phone number just in case something opened up. We got a phone call the next day saying to come on over early, and we were able to get in. The same waiter who took our reservation helped us and was incredibly friendly and was great the entire night.
The veal jowl was like a short rib on steroids - it was awesome. And the deer tartar was also delicious. This place is a great spot for dinner where you can expect nouveau cuisine versus some of the old style french restaurants in Quebec.
Keep in mind, this is not a cheap dinner spot - dinner for 2 with a bottle of wine was around $230 before any tip, but you get what you pay for and it was well worth it.
