Good french bistro style food . The quality has decreased latelly ( as in many other Montreal restaurants) but still a decent restaurant. Very nice outdoor terrace.

We went since apparently it was a to-be-seen kind of spot where local celebs show up. Food was poor so we won't go back unfortunately.

Went here for brunch with a friend recently. Service was okay, but not excellent. The food was over-priced for what was offered, and the taste, really average. You can get better quality elsewhere.

My husband and I enjoyed a romantic evening at this restaurant.

The restaurant has a pretty interior dining area, and two covered outdoor seating choices. Smoking is permitted on the rue Saint-Denis side of the building. The beautiful rue Cherrie outdoor seating is reserved for non smoking diners. There are lovely flower boxes, and rain shades, should a storm pop up during your meal.

The tempting menu is varied, not extensive. Everything we tried was delicious, and the presentation was great. We especially enjoyed the house terrine.

We paid about $75 plus tip for two beers, one appetizer, two salads, one main course, two desserts and two coffees. .

Our server was attentive and friendly, despite our inability to speak French.

The restaurant has a liquor license, and a full bar.

The nearest Metro stop is Sherbrooke, on the orange line.

We were travelling in Montreal with our two autistic boys for the weekend and wanted to take them to rue St. Denis area for a nice dinner. Unfortunately a big thunderstorm started while we were in the cab there, with lots of thunder, lightning and torrents of rain, so we asked the cab driver to drop us off at a family friendly restaurant. I was at first dismayed when I entered the café. It was way too nice in there to be a family friendly place, especially with two autistic kids who were quite frightened by the storm and acting out a bit as a result. Luckily, it was only 5:30 and still quiet, and they were very gracious to us. We were seated in a nice quiet spot and the waiter came immediately to take our order so we didn't have to wait. They were extremely understanding and considerate. On their suggestion, we ordered the steak frites table d'hôte, one plate, for the kids (delicious), which they kindly split up between the two for us. This came with a nice charcuterie/pâté plate, that was so yummy my eldest came back to sample it often. I ordered the duck comfit and my husband the bavette. Both plates were delicious. Nice bottle of red wine too (for the adults). The whole bill, with taxes, was just over $100.00, the food was delicious and the services was excellent. We will definitely be back (but not with the kids). Highly recommend.
