This is the second time I have been Elounda for dinner in the space of a year and I can attest to the consistency in excellence for both food and service. While the place is missing a touch of warmth, everything else is first class.
My spouse and I shared the ''Elounda special'' appetizer which is to die: thinly sliced fried eggplant and zucchini with tzaziki and pieces of cheese saganaki.
For the main course I had the sesame tuna sushi while my spouse ordered the grilled swordfish with horta and rice. The fish was tender, cooked to perfection and simply dellicious. For dessert we went for a house specialty: the cheese cake (on baklava pastry); surprisingly light.
Elounda offers a wide variety of fresh fish and seafood. The service is excellent, one cannot help but notice the large number of staff dedicated to serve you. Prices are in line with the nature, quality, and preparartion of the food being served. Elounda is among the best Greek restaurants in Montréal serving fish and seafood.
