Misshapen and falling apart, these hamburgers are not franchise formed in a factory. They are generous, generously garnished and packaged in a warm bun. Watch out for the hot pepper if you choose the anachronistic "Buckburger", now named the Dillalo "Special" - a treat for the masochisically inclined, but mere mortals may want to cut it down. The Ville Emard restaurant is the closest to the original, torn down to make way for the Monk Metro stop, but its wall of fame still carries posters of the local boys' hockey team (Hurricanes) and signed posters of local hero Mario Lemieux.
