“Patisserie with touch of Japanese flavor”
Reviewed December 3, 2011

One of my favorite bakeries in Montreal.

Although you'll find standard bakery items, you should definitely try Yuki's unique creations, such as green tea truffles and green tea mousse. I am a huge fun of Yuki's freshly baked an-pan (Japanese red bean buns). Worth getting up early on Saturday morning.

It is a bakery not a restaurant. They have a small sitting area, which is good for a quick snack or lunch.

“Tastes like home...”
Reviewed June 25, 2011

As the previous reader said, there is not many sitting area, however, to have a taste of their pastry in the afternoon or homemade bread for brunch, I don't mind at all taking it to go! Every time I've been to Yuki's everything is always fresh. They don't only have pastries (what they are known for), but also lunch options and vegetarian friendly menu. If you do enjoy high end pastry, but not pricey, this is the place to go! And if you have a chance to go on Saturdays, definitely ask about the Japanese been pastry.

“It's Ok.”
Reviewed January 15, 2011

Definitely a cute little place, but not much room to sit, and somewhat overpriced.

Some things look good, others aren't so great. Had a latte and the coffee was terrible. My friend had a pear and almond tart which was good, but my tiramisu was not impressive at all.

They seem to have a good variety of fresh breads and croissants, if I'm in the area, I'd give them a try, but no coffee this time!

The staff also isn't that friendly...

“Awesome pastry”
Reviewed July 19, 2009

This is not really a restaurant, its a bakery.

The quality of the pastry sold there is awesome. We went there because of some random review we found on the net while at the hotel at montreal.

Once you taste their pastry, you question every other piece of pastry you had before.
