“Not to be missed! Best bagels ever!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed May 15, 2014 via mobile

I travel to Montréal frequently and have eaten these bagels for the last 15 years!
They are hands down, the absolute best bagels ever!

They're made in front of you, fresh and hot in many different flavours. My personal favorites are the sesame, everything and caraway. So delicious with some liberté cream cheese and smoked salmon!
Def not to be missed.
Take out only as this is not a café, be sure to take home several dozen *they freeze well! You'll thank me later! :)

“Disappointed at first”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed April 29, 2014 via mobile

they make their bagels fresh the old fashion way and you can taste the smokey flavor in each bite however the bagel is better enjoyed at home. I walked in and they have all these ingredients for sale but you can't get them on your bagel they also don't toast your bagel for you either and they didn't have butter. My main problem is that you can't walk in and get a bagel to eat on the way you need to pick it up take it home to really enjoy them. So bagels themselves are real good when toasted with butter or cream cheese salmon at home

“Montreal bagels? Oi!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed April 27, 2014 via mobile

A small bagel shop, no seating, but lived up to its reputation as the place to go for good Montreal bagels. The hot out of the oven sesame bagels are the best choice - melt in your mouth goodness! Pair with some cream cheese or even with some tasty smoked salmon... yum!

“Don't leave town without them”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed April 23, 2014

These bagels are baked in a brick oven. Their taste is delightful. You can actually watch the bagels being made. We bought these bagels the day before we left town. We wound up going back to purchase another dozen the day of our departure. They are the most delicious bagel I have ever tasted. These bagels cost $10.10. Yes they are very expensive, but worth every penny!

“By variety of bagels”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed April 13, 2014

Great place to purchase bagels. They are all made on the spot and they are opened 24 hours. This is an in and out place, you go in (when you aren't waiting in line to get in) order the bagels you want and your out with the variety and quantity that you want. Inside where you order is relatively small, so sometimes poeple are stepping on each others feet, but worth it for the freshness and variety that you can get. This place is an institution, when I'm in the area, I must stop by and pick up a dozen of freshly made and still warm to bring home. Worth stopping by.
