Maybe it was just an off day, but I was not particularly impressed with what I got: a half-dozen loaded bagels with burnt spots all over the bottoms. Didn't inspect carefully enough to notice them until I got home. Cutting out the burnt spots, they toasted up fine.
It was interesting to watch them being made as we stood in line, which was out the door when we arrived. VERY cramped place inside, nowhere to eat. Good bagels, to be sure, but a 5-star place? Not a chance.
