“service & staff need improvement”
Reviewed May 10, 2014

Came here for a late afternoon sweet and drink. Service was rather slow and seemed a bit overwhelmed the entire time we were there although was not too busy. Had crepe with strawberry, banana and dark chocolate. Was good. Guess they do it different here than other places, did not fold crepe but brought out a one large "pancake". Was tasty, just different.
Service staff seemed new at their job. Even paying bill (via cash) took a bit of time standing at cashier. So in end, food good, service...less so (but something they can easily improve on)

“Chocolate lovers”
Reviewed May 8, 2014

Definitely, it is a place to be for chocolate lovers. I had a spectacular caffe vienoise at that afternoon. My desert - Le trifle – was amazing: small brownie pieces with salted caramel that you can add a chocolate foundant. I am looking forward to have it again!

“Chocolate Heaven!”
Reviewed May 6, 2014

We loved our chocolate drinks so much, we came back the next day to try the brownies. They have so many options of hot chocolates, brownies, chocolate desserts and actual chocolates too. You can't go wrong with any choice! The balsamic and raspberry brownie is to die for! As are the pure plantation hot chocolates (the milk madagascar 50% cocoa is delicious). Wish we could stay in montreal longer to go again!

“Romantic and cozy”
Reviewed April 27, 2014

So much chocolate! If you're a chocoholic like I am you will be in paradise :) There's even a 'wine list' of chocolates, all rich and very thick! The food menu was just okay but you don't go to a desert place for their savoury options. The ambience is very nice too, a big store and clean.

“Chocolate heaven in young atmosphere”
Reviewed April 27, 2014

Chocolate = Juliette & Chocolat.
As soon as you enter, you are swept away by the sweet smell of chocolate.
Atmosphere is relaxed and comfortable.
All ages are found and welcome.
However on sundays, beware for people in the brunch/crêpes mood, the place tends to fog up and smell like somethings burning!
