“Very good!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed December 22, 2012

I have been going to this fast-food restaurant in the Faubourg Ste-Catherine about once per week for years and years. Their food has a special taste which I have never grown tired of, and is better than many sit-down Indian restaurants.

I would recommend this restaurant to anyone.

“THE ABSOLUTE WORST "INDIAN" FOOD I'VE EVER EATEN”
1 of 5 bubbles Reviewed December 2, 2011

The butter chicken was old and should've been thrown out, it looked as if it had been reheated for the third or fourth day in a row. The pieces of meat were hard and not edible anymore, I put it aside and forgot about it after a few bites. Their salads were sloppy and limp, only good enough to be thrown out. I also ordered the onion bhaji, which he proceeded to take out of a fridge (they were old as well), put them on a styrofoam plate, and reheat them in a microwave oven, they were absolutely disgusting. The cashier looked as if he was about to cut his veins open in front of me, he was rude and looked horribly depressed (probably from his lack of any culinary skills) All that to say, trust me, it's gross, and this place needs to close down. I've eaten at MANY Indian places in Montreal and had wonderful experiences, but this was the worst restaurant experience of my life, truly. Avoid.
