Our family of four (2 teen girls) had a very enjoyable dinner experience. The courtyard dining area has a very nice ambience. We were close to the jazz players, but as others have said the music was not overwhelmingly loud. We had crepes for dinner, and they were very good. One of us had the fruit plate and it was enormous as well as very fresh. The service was good as well. We arrived before 6 to avoid a wait (they don't take reservations) and the restaurant was only about a third full; it was very busy by the time we were leaving. It is not cheap, but at the same time the prices seemed surprisingly reasonable given the location in Old Montreal and it's draw as a tourist attraction.

I had Salade de Homard (lobster salad). It was miraculous, with strawberries, mandarin orange sections, and cut grapes. The flavour was unbelievable. My kids shared a Pizza Charcutiere. They thought it was great too. The Limonade Nelson was tart and refreshing, although I'm not really keen on mint in drinks. Very "un-sweet." It won't wreck your diet! The view was gorgeous, the patio shady and the breeze cool on a steamy July evening. Staff were lovely to my two and five year old children. The prices were very reasonable, for which I was eternally grateful. Will definitely return when in Montreal again!

Canadian hospitality as well as a nice menu- we had crepes with vegetables and crepes with duck- both were served with a small salad and were delicious. Great coffee too!

Amazing ambiance, enclosed outdoor garden setting. Super crepes as main meals. Good local beer. Massive umbrellas in case of rain and outdoor heaters for cooler nights.
