Description: PASSION CREATIO CHALLENGE. Behind Fushi stand a father and son who are passionate about fusion cuisine. Their goal was to create something unique and different. First, there is the refinement and elegance of the place made and executed in an intimate collaboration with the exceptional Montreal designer Jean-Pierre Viau. The ensuing result is nothing less than a striking decor. Under an amber light, privacy and comfort are perfect preamble to the coveted pleasures of the table. In the same vein, special attention was paid to the choice of dishes created exclusively for Fu.shi by the talented and renowned Quebec ceramicist Pascale Girardin. The platters were also carefully chosen one by one in order to offer customers a unique visual experience and constantly renewed. Once done, a plate will never be decorated the same way again, like a temporal design in sand.

I make it a point to always stop in for a bite at Fushi when I visit Montréal. Great patio dining. They have an excellent & huge menu, the only place I know where I can have sushi made with foie gras. Truly unique. Staff are knowledgeable & take the time to really explain their wonderful dishes. Presentation is exceptional.

If you have been to some great sushi places in this world , please don't try any sushi in Montreal .
Overpriced and laughable !
Don't have much variety of seafood to make the dinner that worth your while.

The location is great, and the ambiance is okay, though nothing special. The service lacked in several aspects. First of all, the server made several errors in our order and it took a while to get it right. Some of the fish was simply missing, I wonder why a well-respected place does not keep the sufficient amount of particular fishes, so the customer does not need to modify his orders after learning that it is not available? Or change the menu at least, to reflect the current availability. The food was average and nothing justifies the prices, which are 30 percent higher than at any good sushi place. Drinks are expensive as well. A small bottle of Asahi beer for ten dollars? Give me a break. It is a dollar and a half at a grocery store. No beer on tap -- that's just disappointing. On good thing though: there are so many different sushi places to choose from in Montreal, so I never have to go back to Fushi again.

My go-to place for out of this world sushis. It's a bit expensive, but if I had the money, I'd be a regular for sure.
Don't be fooled by the lack of customers - it in no way reflects the quality of this place. "Luckily" for people who forget to make reservations, this place is rarely full at night due to the fact that it's located on a quieter street.

The place is at one of Montreal's best corners Rue Peel & Rue Sherbroke. The food and the food, the service and the place in general is great. Because the owner, a French entrepreneur is there greeting customers and watching the quality. Ok
