I am (tempted to say i was) a repeat customer at this franchise even if the food is not creative nor spectacular but honest for the price (18 dollars salad to me is a bit rich already if nothing special). Wine by the glass is also on the expensive side but there is a patio...so i would probably bite the bullet on the bill if i believed i was considered as a good paying repeat client (which i so happened to be). But comes the most ineffective way of structuring the service where tables are assigned to a group of servers for every zone of tables, none of them having any specific task as opposed to what you see in fancy restaurants so confusion you say? Every step from ordering to get the bill is an uphill battle as no one takes ownership and believes the teammate already performed the same task...so it creates incredible unjustified delays, especially if you are on to a show or something. And so called manager is a rude not caring person, not offering apologies nor gratuities for the stupid delays,,,really not efficient, maybe because they believe they can rely on tourist alone?
