A perfect combination of subtle, delicate and inventive cooking with original and funny presentations. The complimentary (and absolutely vaporous) cotton candy with chocolates is an example of the perfect balance between serious cuisine, certainly among the best in town, and a humorous twist. The "poterie" was a perfectly cooked sea bass in an individual clay pot that you're invited to break with a small hammer. Delicate, moisted, memorable. Service is up to the par, discrete and very professionnal.
