We waited in the always-present line and were seated within 10 minutes. Our server was efficient and helpful, especially when we almost ordered tripe for the kids! Once he steered us in the right direction, we had 4 delicious, filling bowls of Pho and stuffed ourselves. Everyone was soon full and happy. The restaurant was crowded and everyone is seated together in a quick, no-nonsense manner. It's cash only, but there's an ATM in the restaurant.

I've been a regular here for over 17 years and the food quality hasn't changed in all these year. I have tried a lot of pho restaurants in Montreal, but I always come back to this one. The bo bun meals and the lemon grass chicken are also a must. This is not the kind of place to go for a romantic evening though. You order, your meal is served within 5 minutes, you eat and you go. It is typically very noisy and you sit at the table with strangers. Not a fancy place.

It kinda looks like a hole in the wall from the outside but it was so full on the inside with locals and tourists that you could tell it would be good. The server was really nice and recommended the portion size that would suit us better and didn't just try to up sell us. The soup was full of vegetable and was very delicious.

My friend had octopus(or something squishy) for the first time and if your stomach is a little sensitive I'd say to avoid it.

This is a great restaurant in a fantastic location, just at the entrance to Chinatown. The ambience is clean and bright and europeans are outnumbered by viatenamese, which is always a good sign. Here, you will eat well and pay little. Cool!

If you need a quick bite at a good price and love Vietnamese Food; it's a good choice. If you go for lunch during the week; you will meet a lot of local workers who go there .I personnally enjoy the soup and spring rolls; but tons of choices.
