Excellent location, helpful staff and a very nice room at this new hotel. Parking very convenient and heated but quite pricey.
My only criticism would be that the wifi is limited to three items,, easily reached with family staying who each have a phone in addition to a tablet/PC. Probably won't use Marriott again as wifi access has become a necessity and most places are not limited these days.

The room, the service, and the location were all great. I didn't hear a sound during my stay there and the bed and bath were very comfortable.

The only thing that wasn't perfect was the Keurig coffee maker. It really doesn't make drinkable tea. If a tea kettle was included in the room's equipment, I'd rate this place as perfect indeed.

I have stayed in many Courtyard hotels while on work travel and this one has raised the bar for the brand. The lobby is very nice and almost grand in appearance and the pool and weight room is 5 star quality! The room was very large and very well appointed. I had a corner room so it had lots of windows to watch the snow fall. I loved it!

One of the best things about this hotel was the restaurant and all I can say is wow. Not only was a full service restaurant in a Courtyard a surprise but to also have really good food at really good prices is just unheard of in any hotel.

Another notable is the location, its just across the street from the RÉSO so theres lots of shopping and it makes it easy to get around, especially in the winter.

Very nice hotel!! Staff was very Friendly and helpful. Underground parking was great, you could take the elevator straight to your floor. Pool and hot tub had a great view of the city . Very clean and modern rooms. Would defiantly stay here again.

Amazing hotel, newly built, larger rooms than any of the other hotels of the same price range! Superb room service, even the food at the restaurant downstairs was delicious. No complaints, one of the best hotels in North America I have stayed in!

I was in montreal for the weekend and wanted to use my free night certificates from Marriott which could be redeemed at this property as it was a category 5 hotel. When booking I was a bit surprised by the category 5 as generally courtyards are less than cat 5 in most places (exceptions to tourist destinations where it is cat 6 which always seems shady to me), however I was pleasantly surprised when I checked into the hotel. It was a very new property as I was told that its only 5 months old and quite modern unlike most courtyard hotels. I would definitely recommend this property if you plan on staying in Montreal downtown

Highs
- New and clean hotel
- Very friendly and helpful staff throughout my stay
- Nice large rooms with modern furnishings. When I was in the room, it felt like a full service Marriott rather than a courtyard.
- Indoor parking right under the hotel
- Location is great as it is walking distance (5-7 mins) to St.Catherine street strip and short driving distance to restaurants and other places

Lows
- No executive lounge (for breakfast or evening drinks)
- Apparently, the restaurant is not owned by the hotel so I did not get any breakfast vouchers being a Gold member
- Single serve coffee machines in the rooms are great but no milkettes and the creamer supplied leaves a synthetic after taste. Adding hot chocolate k-cups etc would appeal to a larger audience
- When booking, I wanted to book 2 nights but the Marriott website only showed 1 night available which I booked but after arriving at the hotel I was told that they do have room available for the next night as well. Not sure why the website would show no rooms available they were actually available.
