I was extremely pleasantly surprised by this place. My expectations were sort of middle of the road going into it, but they were blown away. The initial entrance in the sort of 360 cinema room was a cool way to start. The number and variety of wax figures was fantastic. There was a significant québécois representation, which was nice as it helped to learn about the people, history and culture of the region. The Hollywood section was quite cool. It was all very enjoyable, even by yourself. I recommend this 100%

We saw the door only, they randomly closed 2 hours early today. They suggested they had done us a favour because else we would only have had 1.5hrs here and we should come back another time so we have enough time. Not sure how long they think it will take...

We had admission with our Passeporte MTL, so the cost was not an issue. We thought this was a fun way to spend a couple of hours. The quality of the figures was outstanding. You had to watch a strange video at the beginning (about the seasons???) which I could have done without. The first several figures were Canadian celebrities I knew nothing about, but after that the figures were people easily recognized.

Admission is a little bit to much for the actual visit but if you consider the work they put in there it's alright. Beautiful statues but quite a lot of important people missing imo. If you want more history on everything you have to pay extra which is a downside. Some statues weren't all that great or recognizable but a interesting piece of work nonetheless. Work going to.

First, Grevin Montreal was difficult to find for me but if you follow the Google directions it's perfect. I just didn't trust it. I was not the only person in the museum so walking among wax figures was a bit spooky. But the wax figures were pretty accurate.
