Went there yesterday with a bunch of friends and the place wasn't even half full.

Let's start with the good part: the brewed beer is really good, but paying between 11-20$ for an imported 330ml beer is way too much. Drinks are also really good but you should look to pay the extra 4$ to the drink to get a 26oz glass instead of a 13oz for 10$. The place itself is really beautiful, the design is great. The food was ok, but the menu is not near what they have on their website. I had the pulped porc sandwich and it was really good! Someone took the choucroute with sausage (i think it was deer) and there is few piece of it...

As for the worst part : There is no service, after 3 hours been sitting there i had to get up and walk to the three waiters sitting at the bar talking to get my bill... no follow up during the meal... took more than 20min to have a beer after it was ordered...

In my opinion, there is far more interesting restaurant to try in Old Port than this one

This restaurant has a fun atmosphere and good food if you like a lot of pork! Our dinner was great we just needed more veggies! The house beers are fantastic. Old Montreal location is great.

I chose this restaurant by Tripadvisor. I was amazed by the choices on the menu. Everything is really different. Almost all the dishes are served on a wooden board. Everything is very tasty, but the portions are small and we are not big eaters.
The restaurant is a 9-minute walk from the Centre IMAX. Don't take your car, there is no place to park. We tried the vege tortillas, the pork sandwich and the cote levées de porc. Everything was excellent, but again portion was small. All meals are without sides dishes, so it can easily go to 25$ per person. Despite the short walk, the restaurant is separated from the old port and we do not find there the Atmosphere.

Initially, we went to this bar because it was near the Old Port, and it was one of the few bars serving Glutenberg gluten-free beer (which is the best of its kind that I've tried and hard to find, even in Montreal!). Once we got there, we were impressed with the interior of the restaurant -- the lighting and decor complemented each other perfectly, and even on a Saturday night, it was not oppressively busy. Their own brews, per my boyfriend, were among the best he'd had; and the bartender was attentive and personable.
