“Worst Buffet in my life”
1 of 5 bubbles Reviewed February 2, 2014

restaurant started out as a mediocre standard buffet and was bought by Chinese and turned into a mish-mash buffet. By this it added some mediocre to terrible "oriental"-type dishes. The result was a wreckage of both types of food. Most of the dishes were made with cheap ingredients.

Nor was the restaurant reasonably priced compared to almost all Chinese-Family buffets in the Montreal area.

Avoid the place unless you like dishes like Meat Loaf, about 20 versions of fried starches, etc.

“Expensive for limited Variety and Quality”
2 of 5 bubbles Reviewed February 23, 2013

Ok, you won't starve but.....there really is not that much selection. It is an international buffet so there are a few kinds of meat, a pasta dish or two, 3kinds of soup, some sushi, a carving area, some crab legs (I guess that is why it is expensive), fish, frog legs, ice cream, creeps made to order, onion rings and fries, rice, mashed potatoes, and a pretty large salad bar.

I really was nothing to write home about.

Buffet Vichy and Newport buffet are twice as varied at a better price.

Free birthday supper for the birthday person (proof of date required), in a party of 5. That was an unexpected treat. We had paid in full, noticed the sign when leaving, asked about the new promotion and got a meal refunded without any hassles.

20$ weekend per adult
Kids under 10 free Monday to Thursday after 4:30.

Service was excellent, management welcoming.

Decor .....buffet area needs overhaul

“Very average”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed November 30, 2012

If I am very hungry, it's my last choice, probably I won't be sick, but my pleasure to take a lunch at this place is low. It's a survival choice. A lot of low income persons in the dining room, workers with their tools hanging from their belts.... The food is basic, as soon you're out , as soon you forget the place.
