Beautiful flavors and diverse textures. Size of starters are larger than tapas, but still fun to order several dishes to share. The ceviche was first rate and the tuna tartare was set atop potato croquettes alongside crabmeat with avocado and coriander. The jumbo shrimp with lightly fried yucca ribbons was served with two sauces - an avocado cream and a smoky black corn syrup..Super!! The clams with chimichurri were also a hit. Wine list offers perfect pairings for this cuisine, Great values on the Spanish imports. Try the pouding chomeur for dessert - it'll knock your socks off.. Service first rate overall. Only caveat - if noise bothers you a lot, choose a midweek to come and come early (6 PM). A real gem of a restarurant.
